I’m a therapist who is quite keen on getting the message out there that our world has been significantly impacted by intergenerational trauma. I believe that most people think they know history, but so much has been forgotten in a world that has been ruled by those who get to write history.

And I believe in expressing the truth about our stories that need to be told. That is how we truly heal.

I was the child who always had too many questions, too many opinions, too much imagination, too much passion, always questioned authority and challenged the rules that aimed to control how I behaved, what I thought and what I said.

Now I am the old woman who stubbornly holds on to those early leanings, finally realizing they were “bad” only because they challenge others in ways they would prefer not to be.

My goal is to recover the story of an extraordinary woman whose life was (almost) erased, forgotten by many, but whose ghost has been watching over me for as long as I can remember.
